Welcome to Fhontorozzo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at fhontorozzo.store (the "Site"), as well as the purchase of any tailoring, apparel, or related accessories from our online boutique.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By browsing our Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Formation of Contract

Order Placement: When you place an order on our Site, your order constitutes an offer to purchase the specified goods in accordance with these Terms.
Order Acknowledgement: After completing your purchase, you will receive an automated acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order details. This email does not constitute formal acceptance of your order.
Contract Formation: A legally binding contract between you and Fhontorozzo is formed only when we formally dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details.
Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to unverified payment details, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Product Descriptions, Pricing, & Availability

Craftsmanship & Accuracy: We endeavour to display the colours, textures, and details of our garments with utmost fidelity. However, as digital displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the real garment.
Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on fhontorozzo.store are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable under United Kingdom tax law. Delivery charges are displayed separately during checkout.
Pricing Errors: In the rare event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an administrative or technical error, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it with a full reimbursement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be remitted in full at the time of order placement.
We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, and approved digital payment services displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure payment gateways to safeguard your financial details.

5. Delivery, Title, & Risk

Risk of Loss: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with Fhontorozzo until the parcel is physically delivered to you, or to a third party nominated by you to take possession of the goods.
Title: Full legal ownership of the goods transfers to you upon receipt of full payment and physical delivery of the parcel.

6. Statutory Cancellation & Returns

Your statutory rights to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and your rights regarding faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on fhontorozzo.store—including but not limited to brand identity, bespoke typography, digital imagery, photographic assets, text, design layouts, and brand marks—is the exclusive intellectual property of Fhontorozzo and protected by UK and international copyright laws. Any unauthorised reproduction, duplication, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of business, loss of revenue, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the purchase of products via our Site.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, any contract formed between us, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed exclusively in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

You and Fhontorozzo agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a resident of Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
